Mindfulness colouring allows us to switch off from external thoughts and focus on the present. It is a fantastic skill for adults and children to learn and benefit from.

This digital download consists of 35 dinosaur scenes, 37 A4 pages in total. Each page has a different scene. There are some duplicates of animals but the pictures are different. Each picture has a frame, name of animal, and a line for the artist’s names. The download has a contents pages which details the animals in order, so you can print, then file and use this page to locate to required animal.
